Individual Enrollment
Enrollment is the process of entering a new biometric template and identifier into a database, usually entered along with other information about the individual. This links them to an organizational department and a set of data privileges.
Physical Access Control
REMTCS solutions are used to control physical access to a secure facility, often with a customer’s existing personnel databases and infrastructure, such as an ID card or PIN system.

REMTCS offers an enrollment and database system that can support a range of biometric identity methods, such as fingerprint, facial image or palm vein. This multi-modal feature is built into all Securlinx products and provides carries three important benefits:
Layering of biometric identifiers so that a person would need to provide two or more biometrics to be positively identified.
Storage of multiple biometrics for each person in the database in case the user later chooses to change the biometric identifier required for identification.
Shared access to the enrollment database by departments that rely on different biometrics, greatly simplifying identity management throughout the organization.

Our access control solution is biometric agnostic. It can be deployed using any combination of available biometrics, such as facial image, fingerprint, palm vein or iris scan. Our system is fully BioAPI compliant.
It captures facial images from a video stream and compares them with images stored in a database. Once a subject has been identified, security personnel are notified based on a user-configured prompt or alert, greatly increasing the effectiveness of existing security staff.

While using the IdentiTrac Web API, no personally identifiable information (PII) is exposed to the network. Our Biotokens are encrypted and irreversible and are not connected to any raw biometric enrollment data.
